Spinning Classes

Spinning is a unique indoor stationary cycling program created in 1987 by endurance cyclist Johnny Goldberg, a.k.a. "Johnny G". Spinning offers a complete mind/body experience for people of all ages and fitness levels as the participant works at his/her own level of intensity.


Johnny designed the indoor cycling program with the understanding that participants have different exercise needs and goals. He incorporated the use of personal heart rate monitors to deliver the most effective and intelligent training regimen to these diverse riders. Our Spinning program combines coaching, environment, music and a psychological edge to bring you a dynamic workout for your body and mind.
