Tina Schuman (Group Fitness Instructor)
Hello, my name is Tina Schuman. I have been a Group Fitness Instructor for 20 years. I am certified with American Fitness and Aerobic Fitness (AFAA). My passion is to help others meet goals of fitness and health. I currently lead class 5 times a week at CDY Fitness.
5:00 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday mornings:
Step and Sculpt:
This class starts with a warm up and then goes into a great class of cardio and sculpt using step aerobics for the cardio and using a variety of weights to sculpt and build muscle. Class ends with with abdominal work and cool down/stretch. 5:00 p.m.Tuesday
In this class we use a stationary bike. Starting with a warm up and then cycling through a number of songs using different resistance levels, speeds and standing and sitting hills. 6:00 p.m.Tuesday.
Upper Body Sculpt:
We start with a warm up and then use different weight/resistance options to sculpt the back, biceps, chest, shoulder and triceps ending with abdominal work and cool down/stretch.
5:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Lower Body Sculpt:
We start with a warm up and then use different weight/ resistance to sculpt the quadriceps, hamstrings, calves and glutes ending with abdominal work and cool down/stretch.
