Kim is a highly experienced PIA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Human Resources Health and Wellness professional whose passion is Health, Wellness & Fitness. She started dancing at age 9, teaching dance at age 16, and more recently pursued marathon running, weight lifting, cross training, HIIT, Piloxing® and senior adult fitness. As owner of At Work Fitness, Kim is professionally insured, ACE Group Fitness Trained and certified in CPR/AED Piloxing Knockout®, and Piloxing® Instruction through PIA. Kim is an energetic member of the Full-Contact Fitness Team and eager to share her passion about healthy living habits and making it "easy and fun for busy people to stay fit!"
